Open Stage Night Guidelines
Welcome to Open Stage Night! Whether you’re a musician, magician, comedian, poet, or performer, we’re excited to have you showcase your talents. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review and follow the guidelines below:
- Performance Time:
- Each act is limited to 3 songs or 15 minutes (whichever comes first).
- Make sure you can set up and tear down your equipment in 5-10 minutes to keep the event running on time.
- Sign up sheet: email us at Richard@AllianceEventVenue.com at least 2 days prior to the event to secure your spot. Performers will be called in order.
- We encourage everyone to bring friends and share our Open Stage Night with others. The more the merrier!
- Be Respectful:
- Please remain courteous and supportive to all performers and attendees.
- No disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Let’s make this a fun, welcoming environment for all.
- Smoking is only allowed outside. Please respect non-smokers and venue rules.
- Alcohol and Beverages:
- No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
- Cash Bar will be open during certain events
- Clean up your area at the end of the night, including any trash or personal items. Let’s keep the space tidy for everyone.
